Women next to PCOS and problems with period?

I have merely been diagnosed next to PCOS. My gyne put me on medroxyprogesterone because I also have uterine hyperplasia (the uterine bin liner doesn't form right). I've also been given a depo-provera shot.

Last month, my interval lasted for 20 days. For five days within the middle, I was flowing pretty heavily, with clots and stuff (women can discuss those sorts of things near other women, in luggage any men are reading this). My period presently has be just some spotting near one light morning in the middle. Was my body simply purging the rest of the uterine lining? When treating hyperplasia, does the antediluvian plasia tissue slough away with hot underneath it, or does the tissue change contained by some way but stay put?
