You could be have a miscarriage if the flow is as heavy as a majority period. If the bleeding increases or continues beyond your common period time frame, you may inevitability a D&C. The fact that you aren't have cramps leads me to believe that it could be a miscarriage. That's what happen to me. I'd call the doc organization again and see if they will do an ultrasound, or at least explain to them what's going on.

Many woman bleed early contained by pregnancy for one reason or another. Call the Dr and communicate them what is going on and they can give you better suggestion then anyone on here can.
