Lymph nodes in pelvic area?

Ive be doing some reserach and it seems as though i may hold lymph nodes in my pelvic nouns. After giving birth i noticed them and they get really big then go away, all but one which have left an stretch out hole in my skin Has anyone ever experienced this? I go to a doctor she told me to see my ob/gyn because she ahs never seen anything close to that and didnt know how to treat it.
The hole has gotten bigger and is itchy to walk at times
