With my first period, I be in bed trying to sleep. Yep, my spell started at nite while I was home.

I be very excited almost my first period but be surprised that it came at nite. The cramping didn't come til a bit after that but then I tried (even presently when I have my period sometimes, but don't as a norm because of medical issues) to keep it below control and was ok.

I be 12 and in conservatory. I knew what it be and what to do, but I still got a bit upset. I didnt give an account anyone and I just used toilet daily. When I got home my mum be at work and we didnt have any pad indoors (mum didnt have period any more) so I kept using toilet paper. I have a dance rehearsal that dark for a christmas service at my church so I went anyway and have opportunities to report the girl who was primary it cos she asked me if I was ok but I still didnt detail her. My mum picked me up and started talking and so I didnt report to her-you knwo when you dont say it straight away so you dont be aware of like you can enunciate it later on? So I kept on using the toilet treatise, and went to bed afterwards in the morning I know I had to say aloud something, so I called her to the bathroom and showed her my underwear. She be ok about it, she didnt fuss too much which I be glad about. She have to go and ask our neighbour for some pads-she be a nice woman but I was flushed she knew! My mum hugged me and said I wasnt her little girl any more, and after I just go to school. It be a bit weird at first but you find used to it. I did have an happenstance in university about the third time I think-I asked to be sent home maxim I felt not at your best, but after that I was of late extra careful form consequently on. I didnt get any backache until a year after I started and it was pretty bleak. You just hold to try different tablets and see what works for you, and try hot water bottles. I used to hold time off college if I was not at your best or it was particularly heavy. I other caught up near the work though. If your mum doesnt let you do this, afterwards just construct sure you have the right pads/tampons that are adequate for your flow, and if you are really ill or contained by pain next the school will dispatch you home or let you lay down. For most girls period are not a problem and you will find that all your worrying in the order of them is silly really! Enjoy not having them for very soon xx
