this is normal. ur flow is dark b/c that's only just old blood that ur vagina is getting rid of. have you be doing extreme sports or dieting or something drastic that you haven't been doing? this may be the case as to why ur spell only comes once in a few months. cuz this happen to me. i joined the track team, and my time flow is irregular and it became lighter. i still get my period every month, but i think i missed a month...
