Blood in urine or newly my irregular period?

I can't detail if there is blood contained by my urine or not. I've been on my spell for 3 months straight. But recently I will bleed closely when I pee, and then I of late get spotting after that. How do I know if within is blood in my urine or if it is menstrual blood? I own recently be thinking about seeing my doctor and getting checked for Endometriosis. When I found out this interview would be asked it got me thinking and at first I thought it be my period that only just came when I pee, but presently I'm thinking otherwise.

The individual other thing I can vote is to observe adjectives that you can before visit the doctor. Does more blood show up when you push your muscles? Does the blood show up when you pee? Have you tried wiping, afterwards peeing a bit and seeing if the blood shows up? The more you can observe when and what is taking place to you, the more you can help your doctor. Good luck!
