I HAD AN EMERGENCY C-SECTION; can my stomach ever win flat or get hunch back contained by it?
On a side note, even if I am doomed my lovely baby be worth it but I hope there is something I can do!

I have an emergency c section myself and hold the same problems. Its very soon been 3 months since i give birth and my stomach is slowly going back into shape. My partner bought me a fit-ball in the region of 3wks ago and i do soft stomach crunches for 20mins every day. Im in a minute planning on increasing it next week. You can other always try a fit-ball and if that isnt for you, next put a few pillows in the middle of your posterior and lay on your bed and do some stomach crunches. Its a nice soft service and not too hard on the subsidise. Never try to do full sit ups. They can hurt your back more. If your still contained by the early stages after the c unit (up to 8wks after having baby) later dont try to do any just however. You can bruise yourself or give yourself a hernia by doing so.
Here is one exercise i did to relief before i tried the fit globe:
Sit in a comfortable place and preserve your back straight. Keep saw the word "hut" and push the breathing into your stomach and abdominal area. It will impart your tummy soft exercises without doing anything to your rear legs. Good luck and hope that helps!

don't over do any exercises if you in recent times recently give birth. As for getting back to regular, your stomach will go final down as long as you look after yourself and in time start those pelvic thrusts and abdominal crunches again.You'll be looking great in no time i'm sure.
