Strange pain contained by my abdomen...i've never feel anything like this earlier?

all of a sudden, a few minute's ago, i started having this VERY sensitive cramp thing going through my lower belly. it hurts so much. i went and laid down, but that individual made it worse. i feel nautious and a moment or two dizzy. its not gas or constipation...what could it be? Its not time for my monthly either. - i have a baby something like 2 1/2 months ago, if it helps anyone's diagnosis. I dont enjoy insurance, so going to the hospital isn't a option unless my arm have been cut stale or something.

please help...it hurts really desperate..

you involve to see a doctor. i had a strain like that and everytime i go to dr. they said it was gas. after a few years of this while surrounded by a different state i went to the hosp. cus it get real bleak. they did an ultrasound and found a cyst on my overy that had be there adjectives along and i had to hold my ovary removed. so don't wait, it could be anything and its better to hold your health than the save money from not going.
