Can i drop 2 dress sizes in 2 / 2 and a half months?

I wondered if this be possible or will I kill myself doing it?! I am a 5ft 6 womanly in her 20's. I've started walking to and from work everyday (40 mins respectively way) and going to the gym 3/4 times a week. I'm currently a UK size 14 (US size 10 i think) and I would like to be a UK size 10 (US size 6?) by April/May. I'm not overweight, but I would approaching to be more toned and a bit slimmer. I'm eating healthily and I don't mind the exercise. But will this take out me?! Any tips on the best kind of exercise to do/food to guzzle?

i dropped a dress size in 2 weeks on the cereal diet, ( 2 bowls of ceral a sunshine plus a healthy spread at night) i have never out the cargo back on that i lost. I afterwards joined the gym but found that it really wasnt for me. If you are purely wanting to be more toned though rather than losing butter, go to the gym and go and get the personal trainer to design a programme just to tone you up.

I turn to Slimming World and I see people lose 3 - 5 pounds a week slightly easily
