but is it ok to sleep next to a bra?
also, if i wear only sports bras are my boobs gunna not grow?
because ive hear that..
it sounds unlikely but my boobs are pretty small, and thats all i wear.
so yeah just thought i'd ask!

I swear to you - I used to ALWAYS sleep within my bras as a teenager and NOWADAYS I can't fathom keeping one on for more than 8 hours. I dunno how or why I EVER be able to do that when I be younger.

I still wouldn't advise sleeping in a bra though.
Here's the operation. Your breast tissue is sensative and when you wear a bra, you are cutting of some circulation to your body.
While I don't reason this will stunt your growth, I have read articles on how breast cancer have be associated with suspicion of women wearing tight bras over years and years - and own also read that it is MUCH healthier to NOT cut bad circulation of those tissues. They need OXYGEN and it is NOT robustness to do that.

Think about it this instrument.
What would happen if you wore tight shoes adjectives the time.
Your feet would grow but it is not able-bodied for you.

You will have PLENTY of years to wear a bra everywhere you stir. I suggest you enjoy not wearing one while you can.
If you can't win used to it cold turkey - then buy some wife beater type undershirts....... At most minuscule you will still feel the protection of something clinging to ya girl.

It's fine to sleep near a bra. That won't affect growth. Just make it a soft one, so it's comfortable. No wires.

Sports bras don't stop growth it's call genetics. If you're suppose to grow to a constant size i don't think wearing a bra to bed will stop it.

I wouldn't sleep in a bra if I be you. Best to let your skin breathe at hours of darkness. Moisture can lead to rash or itching.
Also, no, wearing a sports bra wont effect your size. Your genes are going to take fastidiousness of that. The down side is that a sports bra will make you look with the sole purpose flatter....
