My first week on WW I lost 4 lbs, after 3, then 2, very soon about 1-2 a week. You really entail to make sure you put away all your target points. You won't lose the counterbalance if you don't. Also make sure you're ingestion lots of fruits and veggies, fiber and some oils. You can devour anything as long as you are in your points range. The unbroken idea of this plan is to re-teach you the correct path to eat. You wouldn't be enormously healthy if you ate rime cream only for a sunshine. Balance is important.

I lost 8 lbs the first week, but I've seen guys lose up to 12 lbs that first week! It of late depends.
You're supposed to use all your target points because you don't want to "starve" yourself. In my view, if you haven't used all your points for the afternoon and you feel thrilled (not hungry), why eat more? Yes, you can still chomp through anything you want as long as you count the points and stay within your point hinder. You could eat a pint of Ben & Jerry's rime cream if that's ALL you were going to drink that day. I hope this help and good luck!
