A tampon might be better for sports so you don't leak adjectives over the place, especially if you are wearing those white capris. Not only is that embarrasing, but how will you bring the stain off? But I must put on alert you, putting a tampon in for the first time may be painful.

Has anyone who have been on the nutrisystem plan back tell me if it worked?
A wipe is a strip of cotteny stuff that sticks to the crotch of your panties and absorbs the blood as it drips out. A tampon is a cylinder-shaped piece of impossible to tell apart material that in truth is inserted inside using either a cardboard or plastic applicator. There is a string that hang outside for removal. There are pros and cons to each. Tampons are smaller number messy and don't smell as much, but when using them you risk getting TSS, which can be fatal. Also for some society it's just humiliated. But for sports and dancing and things approaching that, tampons tend to be a better bet.
Before you actually draw from your first period, tell to your doctor about what would work best for you. Or purely do what I did, experiment. Use one, then the subsequent month use the other. You'll develop a preference.
yeah what they said
for sports you should use a tampon, pads could obtain very humiliated.... me personally i close to tampons better because you are less worried in the region of leaks..... unsurprisingly there are condition precautions for both, with a tampon you could draw from TSS and you have a highly developed risk of yeast infection, as for with a wad you are more prone to any kind of vaginal infection, even bladder infection. It took me some time to acquire used to my period, so i used pad every day because i couldnt bring back a tampon in..... it take some time getting used to a tampon........ and don't worry your time of year is a blessing, and a step further into woman hood.
But waht if i am in pain and the blood clots are small?
The difference is a wad is more comfortable for most girls at first, but for softball or sports its better to where an tampoon because pad can leak during sports. A tampoon go into your vagina and a pad, you stick on your underwear. Hope this help! What is considered "sexually active"?
