Period and Swimming?
I hae a field trip tommorow but I hold my period, I know you can swim next to a tampon on but I have ried past.. tampons don't go contained by because my hole is too small what should I do?

Just relax...you are not too small...don't go swimming if you are self-conscious.

go and buy the smallest type tampons they have (they will run in if in attendance the smallest kind, the vagina is extraordinarily stretchy) so if you have time to do that tonight i would, if just suspend out and say you forgot your swimsuit. best of luck!If you havnt already tried junior tampons you should try. Also your hoel can not be to small it hurts the first time. If it is however I would se a doctor becuase that could cuase potential problums later contained by life...No sex no babies no happieness...?
Tampons comes in different sizes to fit differently sized vaginal opening. Check at your drug store and find a smaller sized tampon. Either that or excuse yourself from swimming.

use a thinner type tampon.it should fit just fine.
