Re: the above - Endometriosis is not a psychosomatic disorder, nor is it caused by "emotion." It is a real disease cause by real heritable factors, solid immune dysfunction, real environmental toxicants, and existing gene dysregulation. To suggest otherwise does an incredible disservice to the 89 million women and girls struggling with the disease around the world.

It is also not something that can be "prevented" as all the same (though certain lifestyle and nutrition change may help some of the second-rate symptoms), because researchers still don't know the absolute motivation of all Endo surrounded by all women - and at hand is still no definitive cure (the nonsensical "orgasm and tampon" theory deserves no credible mention herein in jargon of prevention). Not hysterectomy with or in need oopherectomy and/or salpingectomy, not pregnancy, not medical suppression, not menopause, not surgery.

Endometriosis doesn't "come back" after laser vaporization, ablation, cauterization, fulguration or any other superficial form of removal including Harmonic scalpel or other method. It can't "come back," because *it was never truly removed* surrounded by the first place. Only at the hands of a true Endo expert who can meticulously, surgically *excise* all disease from all locations ("all" consequence "all" - as bowels, bladders, ureters, nerves, kidneys, diaphragm, and any place it happens to be) can a tolerant expect the rate of recurrence to be slim to none for the long residence. Most Endo specialists (see http://www.centerforendo.com, http://www.endometriosistreatm... and http://www.endoexcision.com for true excisionists) have be using excision as the sole method of treatment for decades and have reproducible notes showing the rates of recurrence over those decades, contained by thousands of patients, to be right around 10% - versus "regular" ob/gyn surgeons who "get what they can" and consequently suppress their patients with Lupron or other meds, where on earth the recurrence rates are greater than 60% inside the very first year.

Do not squander your time with doctors who do not read between the lines Endometriosis or listen to those who are clearly uninformed. This disease has the potential to negatively impact every aspect of your existence, and it must be dealt beside effectively in a timely style. Meds, repeat surgeries, unnecessary hysterectomies, induced menopause, prescribed pregnancies and the other ilk often used as treatments by the common gyn community will only serve to further prolong your torment and continued symptoms.

Visit the sites above to learn more something like excision as the most effective technique and look in http://www.endocenter.org/pdf/2006screen... to learn accurate info more or less the disease, including the Aromatase enzyme, which is responsible for persistent disease after hysterectomy and/or removal of the ovaries, and how to acquire help. Also suggest http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/erc... and http://groups.yahoo.com/group/endodocs... for info and support from others as ably.

Good luck and don't waste any time getting the assistance you call for and deserve.

About when you do it?

It's possible but please don't worry just about it. I've had it done as resourcefully 5 years ago and have be fine since, and my endo was at stage 4 and I have some bad cysts too. Some doctors will want to put you on depo provera afterwards to prevent it from returning. The depo made me bleed adjectives the time so I never went for another shot. My existence has be better since and although it took a few months for me to feel adjectives the benefits, most of the pain is gone. Just be aware of your body and communicate beside your doctor. At least you already know what could be wrong. I have pelvic pain for a long time until that time a doctor suggested I could have endo. Just don't verbs about it.

What are the probability of having twins if..?

I have endmetreosis a few years ago. To tell you the truth I know that mine stemmed from an emotional problem. We pass all the bleak things that have happen to us as women in our reproductive organs. And you may not believe me but once I consent to it all progress, emotionally and physically I got pregnant. (They utter pregnancy can cure it) I have not have a problem since and it has be years. If you do not take a moment to accomplish inside yourself and let the problem shift it will never go away. And your endo. will preserve coming back. Good luck!

My avatra is wronge?

I have surgery for endo and it came stern but worse. I had it adjectives of my life and I know it can be unbelievably painful. I finally have to have a total hysterectomy to capture rid of it but I was over 40 years out-of-date. If you ar young, the birth control pill will alleviate the symptoms. Ask your doctor if there is anything else that may oblige. It could run in your household as well. Best of luck to you. I be aware of or felt your spasm!

What does an OB GYNE do exactly to assess for Amenorrhea or irregular periods?

I hold had my endo removed surgically once every two years for yesteryear ten years. My doc finally said that I needed a hysterectomy - at 36. I tried birth control pills and it didn't help. I enjoy never been competent to get pregnant and the thought of have a hysterectomy was depressing at my age. My suggestion is that if the endo isn't bothering you - close to if you aren't experiencing any pain and you're not trying to bring back pregnant - then tolerate it go. Pregnancy is a cure for endo during pregnancy - but it can recur after menstruation begin again. Good luck, at your age it seems resembling this might be something you have to save your eye on.

What is the quickest way for a mannish to give a woman an orgasm?

There are several things that you can do to prevent endometriosis from coming spinal column. Believe it or not, getting pregnant is one of the best treatments. There are also some medications, similar to Danocrine, that helps near preventing recurrences. Some people never own a recurrences, others do. There is no way of knowing whether it will come put a bet on or not. I would suggest that if you do want children, you go ahead and hold them at an early age. I have class 5 endometriosis and had to enjoy a complete hysterectomy at the age of 28 year old.
