How can i tighten up my stomach for motorcade 16 which is my 20th b-day i have no gym hard by me?

im like 128 and my stomach stands out more than everything else on my body ....please help

sit ups and squats r the best to tone stomache mussels, squats (stand with knees toghter arms out within front and keep backbone straight, bend ur knees, drop ur down but keep subsidise straight.
also try (if u have the cash) a workout apparatus from kmart 150$. its like an exercise bike but it have moving handles 4 ur arms. I right to be heard this machine as it works Every mussel within ur body. it takes 2omins to put together and its lantern with wheel and if u dont like it u can return it. hope this help u.
P.S to loose weight u should workout 4 going on for 30-40min every 2 days
