MY DAUGHTER IS 9 AND JUST STARTED HER PERIOD. ?

I'M TOLD WHEN A GIRLS STARTS HER PERIOD AT AN EARLY AGE THEY STOP GROWING. SHE TOLD ME WHEN SHE WENT PEE PEE SHE SAW BLOOD. CAN THE DOCTORS SLOW DOWN THE PROCESS AT HER AGE?

Answers:    talk to your childs doctor about this thing.
As it's not ridiculously early (some girls do start their periods at nine or ten) they probably wouldn't. They usually with the sole purpose do this if a girl starts them much, much too early.

But you don't stop growing when you start your period. That is a adjectives misconception.

You should get her checked out by a doctor though, because it could be something other than her interval..
I had my first period when I be in the 5th grade at 10 years feeble. Although I did not see the signs of "becoming a woman", I went to sleep and I felt showery. The next morning I woke up to use the rest room, and my panties were covered surrounded by blood! I was so scared, I didn't even enlighten my mom what happened. Later on that day, I have told my grandmother what happened, and she said that I had started my term. I screamed, and I was approaching, "WHAT?" Then she told my mom, and my mom started crying. Yes, I remember that day like it be yesterday. It has already been 9 years, and it will be a daylight I'll never forget. she may have started her period. but trade name sure. next time when she goes to the bathroom, check to see if its resembling period blood. because there is a difference when its urine blood and time blood. you would be able to tell if its interval blood from personal experience. if the blood seems to watery i would help yourself to her into the dr right way it may be an urine infection. i hope this helps. best of luck.
That is not true at adjectives.

Also, she may have blood in her urine for other reason. So give her a pad and edify her how to place it in her underwear and talk to her in the order of periods.

She should be seen by her doctor or pediatrician contained by case it is something other then her term..
i dont think so
and periods dont stop you from growing...
period are from puberty..and puberty is the time when ur boy IS GROWING!..
you should be kinda be proud of your daughter and yourself because thaat shows that she is taking care of her body.
Seeing blood when she goes to the toilet doesn't necessarily aim she has her period. Could she possibly own a UTI? It is very common contained by young girls. I read that anywhere from age 9-16 is normal for girls to gain their periods.

In fact, Kelly Clarkson get her period when she was 9 as in good health!.
my mom and sister started at 9 years old and they are fine...my sister is now 13 and she is close to any regular 13 year old girl...it probably wont stop her growth whats done is done nature works the instrument it wants but you could try cutting out dairy its have links to hi added estrogen levels in every one and sends the hormone haywire.
I have my first period at an early age, and I didn't stop growing next. Give her vitamin b12.
will help slow the bleeding and calm her down.
I be nine and I stayed at 5'4". I don't know that doctors could or should do anything about it, really.
