Polycystic Ovarian Disease?

I went to the doctor today and be diagnosed with polycystic ovarian disease. While my doctor and I discussed it, and I researched it when I get home, and I know it's manageable and such, I still inevitability some moral support. Has anyone else been diagnosed? I know it's pretty adjectives. How did you cope? Any suggestions to make me surface a little better more or less it?

Please help me to find i'm pregnanant?

I be diagnosed with that when I be 14. I had irregular period, and they gave me sort of resembling a birth control pill that regulated the hormones (lower the androgens or male hormones and increase the womanly hormones)… a lil expensive but well worth the price. The worst most extreme satchel is infertility, but then again, don’t stress out because this is incredibly curable. Your physician probably talked give or take a few the cysts… these are not “tumors”. It’s more of a syndrome than a disease.

You know, after 5 years, I had an ultrasound again, and revealed no sign of cysts anymore. Take your med/s regularly, and exercise regularly. Exercise aim TAKE TIME TO RUN, WALK, JOG at least 3x a week… tiring and time-consuming, yes. If you are slim/ fit already, enjoy no time to work out, think of your ovarian strength to motivate you. Take vitamin supplements also to keep you prepped up for your happenings and minimize stress, fatigue and those hormonal swings— I recommend Centrum. I’m sure your doctor already gave you a hormone pill prescription, but making your body is extra natural to maximize the pills’ effects is definitely a plus. Read on this article on Wikipedia

:) God bless you sis, you’ll be fine.
