You should bargain to your mother, and you should be examined by a doctor. Many years ago a friend of mine had not started by the time she be 16, and she had a problem. Unfortunately for her, it wasn't something that could be fixed, but they did hold to do surgery so she could even have intercourse usually.

actually it is better to have it next in time....early menstruation is a bigger risk for other conditions next...it is also becoming a concern because it is happening too hasty now as a result of too frequent processed foods and poor child nutrition
