Everyone is different depending on profoundly of factors such as bone density, muscle mass and other things.
I would read aloud don't worry around weight but concentrate on drinking sensibly, drinking plenty of dampen, getting proper rest and exercising regularly. Then your weight will be appropriate and you will be full-bodied.
Part of that answer depends on the type of body frame you have. I'm 5' 1 1/2" and I found out from my dr that I stipulation to be around 130 and I figured out that it have to do with build of my body frame which is prevailing conditions. You can find out about your body frame by taking two fingers and wrapping it around your wrist. If they won't step around then that's a hulking body frame. For medium, they may touch for a while bit at the tip of the finger. If it's a small frame they will probably overlap.
You measure the wrist using your little finger and thumb.
Drs will also digit the weight base on body mass index. You can find out more about that at WebMD.
As the other posters said also check beside your dr for more info.
Ask your doctor. Probably somewhere around 130-150.
