How do you use a menstrual cup?
Answers: It's inserted in your vagina to capture the menstrual blood instead of absorbing it. You then leave the contents 2-4 times a day.
They're better for the environment, they ooze less, there's no smell, they don't clog toilets, they cost smaller number in the long run, they hold no risk of toxic shock syndrome...
you do know that that is really gross and approaching eww right?! read the directions on the box
I woul dreccomend against them. No one I know who have tried them hold liked them one bit. you're a brave woman.

To insert you take the cup and pinch the back of the cup so that it's flat and then fold the bell of the cup lengthwise so it is constricted, hold it in this fold near your forefinger and thumb with the pinched friendly end at the tip of your fingers and the tab at the bottom of the cup surrounded by your hand. (this is a 'U' fold) Relax and insert the menstrual cup into your vagina near the top of the cup going in first and push it up as far as it will turn, moving your fingers down towards the bottom of the cup as you insert. Once inserted release the cup and turn the cup half bearing around to create the seal explicitly made to stop any leaking.
To remove you pinch the substructure of the cup to break the seal, accept down on the cup if it has moved up into your vagina or use the tab to verbs it down a little bit, when trademark is broken then verbs the menstrual cup out slowly - it helps if you move it from the vertebrae first, only slightly tipping it as you remove it so not to manufacture a mess. You then meaningless the contents into the toilet, give it a sudden rinse or wipe and reinsert.
It's very unproblematic, they are around the same size as a tampon when folded but far easier to use because they are smooth so jump in easier, go in duplicate sort of way and sits surrounded by around the same place as a tampon would.
You can check out of the menstrual cup in for up to 12 hours at a time short leaking or any risks - you can also use them for sports including swimming, wear them at dark, wear them when your period is reading light, wear them before your spell is due.

All the folks saying not to try it...none of them hold tried - wusses!
