I tried on a couple of bikini's without underwear on..will I get sick? I'm worried?

hi this was the first time I'd ever tried on bikini's so I didn't know you be supposed to wear underwear when you tried them on (I'm an idiot I know) will I get sick? should I be worried? what should I do?
