How do I talk to my mother about her health without sounding condescending?
My mother is 44, and is going through menopause, she has never have a pap smear or mammogram. She also smokes about 1 1/2 pack a day. I don't want things to grasp all awkward and I also don't want to nouns like a know-it-all. What do I do?

Tell her as a daughter, that you want to have her around to see her grandchildren and that you're concerned nearly her health. Tell her you don't want to be bossy, but you're worried. As a mother myself, I'd respect that.
Encourage her to get a check up at the Dr. Say you both should go and get one.

It's great that you want to talk to your mom. If she loves you and I am sure she does she will not receive upset with you self concerned for her health. Just give an account you want her around for a long time. In this day and age it's remarkably important for her to carry check ups every year. Believe me she is thinking nothing will come about to her and she will be just fine. Take it from someone that survived breast cancer, it's be 14 years now. I thought I be to young to be concerned give or take a few that, NOT I was 43 when they diagnosed it. Tell to do you a favor and bring back herself looked at, if she loves you she will get checked out.Please relief me understand this?
if u urself own never had one done up to that time, ask your mom if she will go next to you the first time and get it done or if u own had it done back still just ask her to shift with you- later ask ur gyno to talk to ur mom abbout coming again, and also procure ur gyno to tell her that during and after menopause it get even worse for her to smoke- or u just give an account her about how fruitless it is for her- also about the gyno if u can u should speak about her about both bcause she is ur mom and she shouldd want to listen to what u vote
