Anybody Know How I Can Lose Weight?

Well the thing is, On July 13th (14 week) I enjoy got a big prom coming up, I would close to to lose at least 3 stone for next (42 pounds or maybe 50) I'm going to start my diet tomorrow, (Tuesday 10th April) So i be wondering weather anyone knew if i could complete my weight desire or not? I will be eating hearty & i will also be doing alot of exercise too. Walking, Running & Dance class. Also if you have get any other tips on how to lose the weight quicker that would be great.

I am 17 years hoary, and i weight around 10 stone or something, Im overweight and i would do anything on this world to correct. thanks

Have a protein shake or eggs for breakfast. Eat a range of vegetables and lean proteins. Fill up on the veggies. Eat fresh fruit for dessert, particularly; pineapple, mango or papaya. Take a multivitamin if available. Use Olive Oil in your salad dressings and to cook beside.

Start your workouts with a 5 minute heat up. Find a workout routine that fits your life style and body type. Lift weights if available...fluffy to moderate.
