I bascially hate my chest. I a short time ago turned 14 and I have 36 A's and I without doubt hate them! I am so envious of flat-chested individuals and I would give anything to be flat. Is within anything I can do to help my breasts look smaller or any opening to get them flatter? I am really self-consious going on for them and I hate to wear tight clothes presently because I don't like showing them. backing :-(

36 A IS flat. They do gross bras for that kind of entity, but I have to mull over they're well nigh impossible to find in that size.You'll swot to love them...

Get used to them and wear a wire bra to hold them up elevated.

I think it depends on what kindly of bra you wear, if you wear a sports bra it will definately flatten your chest a bit. Try going to a bra store and talking to them just about it and asking what other types of bras they recommend. You can also try getting the tube top-like bras, and wear it overtop of the bra that you're wearing. But don't worry, surrounded by time your friends will catch up to you and you won't enjoy the biggest breasts, and it's really not a bad entity. But I can understand how you touch because you're only infantile. And there alot of shirts that you can wear that aren't tight so you won't enjoy to feel so self-conscious in the region of yourself. You could try a sport bra. If I attain a good one, I can flatten my small DD's into roomy C's. I wouldn't worry give or take a few making them smaller because most guys like it, but positive chest exercises could do the trick. (By the way, when I be 12, I was a 32B and weigh 90 pounds, so I know how you feel.) Be proud of the body you hold, though. There's absolutely nil wrong with it.
