Sore or crampy after first gyno visit?

i'm sixteen and had my first gyno look in today. i was troubled, but i brought a friend and my doctor was really cool. she did the breast exam and after the pelvic. a little unnatural, but it was okay. in a minute im home and im cramping like im getting my time, but i shouldnt be getting it for another week or so, then again they are irregular and i get birth control for it today. could this be sensitivity after my first pelvic? did anyone have any soreness/cramping after their first call on? my moms like theres something wrong near you and im like no im sure its purely because i had some things up nearby today and i havent before. thankfulness!

Hunny, if you are 16 you shouldn't be going to the gyno unless you own already had sex already. I don't deem this is serious but you should go spinal column to the gyno or call them.

I own been going for years and I still attain very crampy and I spot as in good health. Take some Advil 800 mg 4 pills lay down for a little while and the discomfort will go away. It is mundane because the doc scrapes or cuts your insides and that hurts.

i get that passion after every exam too i always pee as soon as i find home from a pelvic to releave the tension i find that if i don't pee right away that's when i start to hurt and have a feeling uncomfortable and you may enjoy been relaxed but if your body be at all rigid this can cause discomfort too i would suggest waiting a few days and if the cramp hasn't stopped or gets worse definately see a doctor otehr than that congrats for making it through your first pelvic exam
