i have be trying to do this same thing-i dont really know of anything yet except that iodine is supposed to assist support out thyroid function-you can research it and see if you think you want to try it-they also enjoy other supplements i have see online that claim they help near thyroid problems-so you can check it out too and see what you think-i am going to order some iodine capsule and start taking to see if they help -good luck to you
