Regular periods are far-reaching. It may be okay to have them every 6-7 weeks but you requirement to be concise with it. Talk to a doctor almost regulating your period, because they will be most informed in the region of the subject. There is a birth control I took a few years back call Seasonale. It makes you single have 4 period a year. But at the time I took it it made me very wild. I didn't like abundantly of the side effects, but things are different for every person.

Everybodies period is different. It should however be every 28 days and later from 3-8 days. Are you by any chance athletic, or stressed closely? Sometimes that prolongs it. I personally own a very anomalous period and be getting them every two or three months for 8 days, with really desperate cramps. The only item that helped me be birth control. It regulates me and my period is lone 5 days long. Birth control does have other purposes after just preventing babies; it's also right for skin. I'm on Ortho tricyclin, I've never gained counterbalance from it, my skin has other been really nice, it have regulated me and also smoothed out my cramps.
