instinctively i only use mine for 3 or 4 but my rule of thumb is if the blade shows any rust or at hand is hair/smin under the blades that won't valet off after it goes within the bin. The blades with a mouisturing strip also dance in the bin as soon as the strip have worn off.

I can usually use myn roughly 15-20 times. but pretty much until u notice that its rusty or ur not getting a smooth shave.

somewhere around 4 or 5 shaves. i give attention to that i read in 17 that the blade become dull then and in attendance is a higher risk of getting a disease near the bad blade
