HELP!! do you think I'm turning anorexic??
ok well for the later 2 months, i have be thinking to much of my weight. my appitie have decreased. i hold been consumption 3 yogurts a day, and hose. and i feel really full! i hold lost like 3 puonds this week! but some days i would weigh more after other days. and now i'm an x-small shirt size when i used to be a small within juniors.i'm 14, i wiegh 98 pounds. and am 5 foot and 1 1/2" tall. but a do enjoy a bit of fat around my abs nouns. and when i look at myself in the mirror i look podginess! but my family and friends utter that i'm not fat, but i hold a healthy body. so what do you focus??

Hi there, I chew over if the reason you are consumption the amount that you are, and weighing yourself so regularly to know that it changes by the time is becasue you think you are flab or have "oil around your abs" then you are developing anorexia. I struggled with bulimia (a different type of consumption disorder), but in my repossession group met a great friend who had anorexia. She didn't hope help surrounded by time, when she finally did, it was too in arrears. Her insides were so destabilized that at 23 years old she died of conjestive heart let-down (something normally folks your grandparents age would die of), she never got to experience bridal, or a good position. She missed her college graduation because she was hospitalized. Eating disorders are so serious, and not something to pinch lightly. Please read some information and if you can't renovation your mindset, find someone (an adult) you trust and talk to them. Talk to your mom if you are close and share her how you feel. Don't consent to society affect you so much that you kill yourself from adjectives your organs.

well if ur family and friends utter that u have a well body well they wouldnt not tell the truth to u..i am 13 and 5'2" and i weigh 109 soo its really up to u i do know that u are not eating satisfactory protein during the day

Holy crap girl! This is not good! You need to be ingestion alot more than this. Because if you are starving your body, it keep more stuff from the food you do eat. Which contained by turn makes you gain more weightiness. Plus if you do start eating regularly down the road, you'll put on counterbalance fast. You are underneath weight in truth for your age & height. If you are so worried in the order of the lil bit of tummy you have, do sit ups. Or excersize. But remember, contained by order to excersize your body have to have fuel to do it. So put away something! One thing alot of ppl don't realize that if you eat lil amounts through out your time, that jumpstarts your metobolizm. So your body won't keep that much from what you guzzle. Eat like an apple for breakfast & several other small able-bodied snakes. Then eat a TRUE meal for dinner. You'll find you don't gain any bulk from it. And you'll feel better. If you excersize ontop of that, you'll look fantastic. Not intake is not the way to turn. It slowly kills your body because your adjectives it. Don't do that. Because some things are not reversable.

STOP IT!talk to your parents or your doctor, worrying going on for your weight can become an thing which will lead to anorexia.
consumption as little as you are is STUPID!! if you want to lose weight follow a biddable healthy ingestion plan, NOT a diet, diets have to wrap up where as vigorous eating doesnt, lug regular exercise. DO NOT starve yourself like you are doing very soon, and i do not believe you when you say you are full next to the amount your eating, its adjectives psychological.
When you look in the mirror who are you comparing yourself to?? possibly you should start being yourself and not try to be someone else, or be as tapered as someone else.
i strongly suggest you speak to your parents or doctor about this past it does get serious, perchance then they can hand over you a good in shape eating plan an excercise regime that will relief you lose any extra weight you may hold, if you dont need to lose weightiness it will certainly trade name you feel better just about yourself, food does play a very big portion in how your brain works and how you get the impression. This may also be a sign of depression, go to the docs or speak to your parents!!
