You should not own anything to worry almost! Unless it is significantly low or high (over 100, not sure on the low end)

Going to the doctor may support you relieve your symptoms and shorten the length of time you are sick... but in recent times a cold and no fever I enunciate save your money and carry as much rest and fluids as you can! take a hot shower too.. it will abet with any congestion you may enjoy. Also after resting you may want to take a stroll or do some activity.. I know you grain bad but entertainment. helps... it is also moral for mommy and baby unless your doctor have given you bed rest(which if you are going to work he obviously didn't and you are pretty untimely in pregnancy)or other information to limit your events.
I walked almost every daytime while pregnant and had one of the easiest labor/deliveries(4hours/15minu... I own always hear that walking helps.. hence why some woman wander during labor to ease the discomfort and keep things moving!
Good luck next to everything and congrates on baby!Feel better!
