PMS is killing me and i don't know what to do. Please help me!?

I'm having trouble one week befor my spell and i feel similar to just freeking the hell out no dawdle i do freek the hell out and want to be nice but i have no control over myself or my emotion or anything for that matter. I enjoy made everyone around me so sad and presently i just necessitate help. The doctor said i'm not going through menopause because i'm with the sole purpose 27, but if i don't get sustain soon i'm going to end up surrounded by the mental hospital with a straight jacket. I a short time ago feel approaching walking out on my family and maxim screw it it's not worth it. Then when i freek out the next year i start and i'm so sad that i enjoy hurt everyone around me and i can't even keep a assignment. Please help me if you can...
