Clear brownish vaginal discharge and small blood clots could this be a miscarriage?- help please!?

i just get off my spell about a week ago and only last friday i have sex and ever since yesterday i had a smelly odor from down near with a brownish discharge. yesterday morning when i woke up i go to the bathroom and there be like a bit blood clot on the toilet paper but i didnt really take-home pay it any attention until later that afternoon when i kept seeing this brownish discharge like i own when i spot after my period, today when i used the bathroom i still have the same discharge and merely now when i go to the bathroom i had another small tiny blood clot and blood when i wipe, i know the blood is not coming from my pee, but the "other hole". my stomach lower abdomin is hurting right now like i hold cramps, but its not that time of the month. Can someone please help me next to this because i'm really scared, i've never be to the Gyn before so i don't know how to ask my mom to build an appointment for me or how to tell her that i inevitability an appointment if its really serious.
