Could I be pregnant if I missed my period in the 2nd month after having the depo shot?
I got the depo shot, which is a birth control shot i.e. administered every three months, but because I didn't have the money to buy the pills when my period come on I got the shot administered as soon as I get the money but this wasn't until after I had already have my period. Now two months after that I haven't had a spell at all and I enjoy had sex unprotected, could it be that I am pregnant? Or should I hand over it mroe time?
Answers:
You may be pregnant. The doctor's office SHOULD enjoy given you a pregnancy test prior to giving you the subsequent shot just surrounded by case of pregnancy (they did that to me when I missed my shot by a week or so).
The just 100% effective method of birth control is parsimony, so even ON the depo shot and taking it on time you could go and get pregnant.
I was on it for four years and never get a period during that time. BUT I DID own weight gain, horrible mood swings, and loss of sex drive.
You are. Sorry to enunciate.
I used to bring back the shot, which by the way, my doctor stopped administering due to adjectives the problems it caused .... and I NEVER have a period. It's one of the so-called side effects.
My direction, let it wear sour, and NEVER get another one! I thought for sure that they have pulled it off the open market by now. Yeah, it's convenient adjectives right, but you'll pay for it down the road, I guarantee!
Go to your local robustness clinic and you can get on any mode of birth control for free, if you fit in the income bracket. Ortho Tricyclen is a pious choice.
Take a test to be sure, but the shot make you miss your period. When used properly, you should one and only have a time every 3 months.
