I'm pregnant why am i human being sick?
There's absolutely NO sense for you not to swim while you have your interval! There's nothing unhygienic or dangerous around it at all. And the exercise can in actuality help you beside cramps.
The only entity here is that you would need to use a tampon, but that's the merely setback (if you're not a tampon user, that is).
I love to go swimming, and it would be a miserable item for me to have to sit it out adjectives the time if I couldn't swim while I was menstruating.
You can swim while on your interval if you use a tampon. Otherwise it would not be sanitary for the other people swimming in impossible to tell apart pool. No, it won't affect you in any means of access.
I just found I hold PCOS few minutes ago?
actually you can go swimming if you want to, just wear a tampon, and it would be best to renovate it after getting out of the pool.well to be on da sheltered side u shouldnt, but u could.
water slows the flow of ur time of year ya know...
try wearing tampons wen u swim...

You can swim, but you shoud wear a tampon. My flo actually lightens up a moment or two after I swim. It won't affect you at all to swim. One of my girlfriends other gets a yeast infection after swimming in a public pool, so I guess if you have no prior problems, you should be fine. You can turn swimming if you wear a tampon. Also, you stop bleeding once you are in water.
