Please help I have a bad ingrown hair right by the line that my upper thigh and butt cheek meet!?

And yes it is an ingrown hair I can see the coat going horizontally under the skin ive tried taking it out next to a needle but it hurts Ive tried neosporin and it hasnt gone away!! what can lug it away??

Do NOT pick at it. No needles etc or anything. Ever heard of necrotizing fasciitis? DO not pick. No event what....
Try applying some nice warm moist compressions several times a daylight (about ten to twenty minutes each time) and see if it will resolve on its own. If the melt compressions help it to clear up, still dont pick at it. Put a very small dollup of neosporin over it and cover it next to a bandaid.
If it doesnt resolve, I would highly recommend running over to your ancestral physician to "slit" the area underneath antimicrobial condiditons, then be in motion back to your neosporin.

Is it possible?

Try a very hot compress several times a year, a few days in a row. This should bring the infection to the surface, and possibly even the hair, so that you can remove it.
