Don't get on the shot!! It can make happen bone loss, as well as copious other problems. I had a friend that be on the shot for a while, and now she is have problems trying to have kids. So I wouldn't recommend getting on it. I've be on the pill for 7 years, and haven't had any problems.

im not a 100% sure of this, but i heard it can wreak a loss in bone density. My mom is on it, and she asked her doctor roughly speaking that. He said to stay o it and then gain a bone density test done becuase for some relations it may effect more than others.Why cant you buy birth control online?

Try to avoid it at all costs. My daughter be on it and she gained over thirty pounds. As soon as she get off of the shot she lost the freight back stale. I would try something like an IUD. They are sheltered and work very very well. I know of only 2 folks who have not gain weight while on Depo Provera, but they have to watch what they ate and exercised similar to fiends to hold from gaining. Another side effect is loss of bone density, and because of that it is recommended that a woman not give somebody a lift the shot for more than (I believe) three years total in her energy. I had a exceptionally odd side effect that could lone be attributed to the Depo Provera and that was hypokalemia (low blood potassium) that resulted surrounded by abnormal heart beat. Most women also have irregular period on the shot. I know of many who bled the entire time they be on the shot even though the advertisements read aloud more than half seize no cycle at all. If I have to choose I would go near a pill or an IUD instead.

Its a time release hormone. If your metabolism speeds up or slows down, it could affect the effectiveness.
