Back Pain, Sickness, Dizziness, Stomach Pain, Please Help!!?

My girlfriend hardly get to sleep last dark due to having vertebrae pain and consciousness sick, then this morning, when she get up she was sick, the headache is in the lower backbone and also in the stomach and she is really dizzy, i enjoy no idea what it could be, but i aint sending her to work this morning, please give support to with your planning on what it could be, cheers

Sounds like really doomed to failure PMS or pregnancy. Did she recently start any unknown medication especially birth control? These symptoms could be a side effect.
I would reccomend a pregnancy test and a doctors call round if it worsens or she doesnt start to improve in the day.
