relax, periods aren't so impossible. buy some midol or pamprin, pamprin works the best for me with cramping and bloating also buy some gooey like pad for the first time since you don't know how much you'll be bleeding and for how long. for some girls it can last up to 14 days. mine simply lasts 4 near just fatigue. you can also use a heat pad for desperate back cramps.
