A couple days before my extent starts, my sense of smell is heightened - everything smells pungent and certain smells bother me more than usual. I own almost a gaggy feeling concerning food. I can't stand smelling or consumption greasy foods like pizza. Is within a reason why this happen? Also, about a week since my period, why do I hold such a strong sex drive? I've heard it's your body unfolding you to have sex/ procreate, but since this is a week after ovulation (well I'm guessing here because the time starts 2 weeks after ovulating), wouldn't it be too late for the egg to return with fertilized? Our bodies are strange things.

It's hormones. I've heard that women, surrounded by general, enjoy a better sense of smell than men, because of our hormones. I know one woman who had to quit using a sure hormone therapy, because suddenly, the smells of her own home be making her sick. The same thing can appear to pregnant women.
