I've been getting my time since I was 13. I'm presently 24 and up until this year starting about 3-4 months ago I receive symptoms, my worst symptom is breast tenderness it starts approaching 2 weeks before my extent and goes away when I gain it, bloating, headache, also cramps are worse, and for about a year in a minute I always take sick in the stomach when i'm on my time. Is it just hormones?
