my 12 year old sister who i monitor over is always complains more or less having bleak headaches. i thought it be her needing eyeglasses so she got them, but she still complains roughly speaking having impossible headaches also she have bad stomach pains. Im assuming theyre both related she get the headahces more often than the stmach strain. She says her stomach dull pain burns and is always have to go to the restroom. i dont enjoy the money YET to get strength insurance so im seeking free advice. thanks

Try using an ice pack . apply to wager on of the neck. Are the headache located in the front or fund of the head?
Give her some gatoraide. it works great for headache, plus it will keep her hydated if she is have a upset stomach.

I agree that your sister could be hurting due to stress or her cycle. My sister have cramps and stomache pain and would miss 3 days of institution each month.

Her pave the way aches, if due to stress, could be help by a good chafe of the neck and shoulders. A professional is best to use but if money is a problem later you or a friend can do the massage. Just remember not to rub the spine directly, run your fingers up and down directly beside the spine.
