Does cervical pain during sex, lighter periods and near chronic lower back pain mean endometriosis?

For starters, I am 26 yrs old, hold 3 children, in apposite health-although overweight, am on the birth control pill, and in a great relationship, but I enjoy a sexual issue as of late.
Whenever my husband and I hold sex, I end up have sharp pains in my cervix with every thrust. Over times past few months my period have been getting lighter and lighter; one and only spotted for 3-4 days last time. I own lower back affliction practically every day when I win out of bed and quite habitually at night when I am crawling into bed. I hold taken several pregnancy tests and adjectives have come up with denial results.
I need some help out and answers here and it seems my research have been circling around endomteriosis. I be hoping someone out there have some idea of what may be taking place to me.

if it's not endometriosis then you own one hell of a cyst. see a doc asap. you don't want to put this off and winding up up having a hysterectomy at 26.
