Depending on the level of misery (or uncomfortable pressure) and the location - it could be something serious, and it could be only something you never noticed earlier. If it is bothering you - see your doctor. Don't wait around trying to wish whether you should or not - if your worried than get it checked out and any they will find something and it will be treated - or they wont find anything and you'll be reassured that adjectives is okay.
