i need help i have headaches mand im on my rag and like everything hurtz!!?

1. Try drinking some Ginger tea. Helps headaches budge away.

2. Try eating 1 oz. of DARK (not milk) chocolate. It releases sunny endorphins in your brain, and has flavanoids to boost your immune system.

3. Put a heat pad everywhere it hurts. Ice on your person in charge.

4. Drink some caffeine (coffee, soda, tea). Caffeine expands your blood vessels, thus making your headache smaller quantity severe.

5. Try some aspirin or ibuprofen. These are not only aching relievers, buy also mild blood thinners, thus easing the flow of your blood out of your body. Don't take more than what is planned on the bottle, though.

6. And lastly, you may want to try doing some yoga. Deep breathing will only minister to you, and the stretching might make you perceive better. Who knows until you try it.
