What happen if I nick PRENATAL vitamins if I don't call for them?

So I've heard they do MAGIC for your nails and spike.
And although I'm thirteen, I'm perfectly healthy, be getting my period for over a year {I know...Late bloomer xD} Will they cause any problems within my hormonal growth or anything like that?

THANKS!

Answers:    You will just overrun them in your urine and it is a waste of money. Pregnant ladies hackle and nails grow because of the rapid move in hormones and their bodies are working double time to support the extra life. The best vitamins you can gain would be natural ones that come in fruits and vegetables. If you are trying to beef that up, I would catch a juicer..
They are most likely GREAT for you. I've taken prenatal at other times.

You do not wish to overdose on vitamins..

a,d,e,k are hefty soluble, they can build up in your system.
B&C are water soluble, so they will be excreted.

Be sure to notify your doctor anytime you take any vitamin or supplement. They can interfere sometimes with drugs, etc.

Maybe rob them just twice a week. See how that works. But I do not think they will damage you.
.
Excess vitamins for the most part are just excreted by the body.
There is no wound in taking vitamins as long as they are approved by the government of your country.
And my dear, you are not a belated bloomer. Maybe in your home town you are but in the world picture you are right prompt! .
no you will excrete what you don't need, they only contain vitamins found contained by everyday foods My Dr. recommended them for me as well, even though they weren't needed for prenatal reasons
