infections in breasts?

okay i have this infection underneath my arm pit from w/e.. capably it keeps getting artificial and everything.. & now ive notice a lil pain contained by my breast and a little bump..is it possible that the infection could of spread to my breast? or what?

Sounds like your lymph glands surrounded by that area are enlarged; that's a sign of infection. You better see a doctor right away and obtain it cleared up.
