About breasts, they will grow bigger after u have sex n during pregnancy n lactation. Till next do some bench press to build up pectorals so it pushes forward the breast n makes 'em luk voluminous.
Or u cud basically use breast pad n push up bras....
You can't really pick and choose where on earth to slim down, you body does it's own thing and adds/removes rotund where it wants to.
Exercise may help though, start doing some cardio approaching running or jogging and do some lunges, counterweight machine circuit, or any other resistance training for the lower body.
