What is a good way to exercise with your toddler at home?

I want a fun way to lose weightiness but do it with my little girl. I live within Texas and our humidity it very soaring and way too hot.

I googled the words baby and mother exercise video and near seem to be a virtuous many different ones out in attendance. You may try to add something else, such as the word toddler or infant to your flush.

I want to be skinny not guite anerexic but still skinny. I'm 5'9 an 113 pounds would that be considered skinny
