Well, i'm 14 and only 5'1". I really be aware of as though I am done growing, but I'm not 100% sure! I'm not really into sports and when I was younger I probably solely had 1-2 eyeglasses of milk a day. I own no clue If I got my growth spurt on the other hand.

I'm 5' and 23 years old.I've be this tall since I be 16. Not sure if milk had anything to do next to it. I never really drank much milk it's all about inheritance. My mom's whole side of the house is short but my dad's is tall. You could yak to your doctor about your growth curve.and if it's possible you still enjoy some grow time left. But don't verbs if you are short.you still can get closely out of life. It's best newly to be healthy and be yourself.
