Boys can usually be see at about 16 weeks.Girls are a different story-the labias dont swell much until close to 25 weeks...and I abate to call the sex a moment ago based on no evidence of a boy-they can still stash their little "stick-shifts",have legs tight together,etc. So MY common rule of thumb is: boys after 16,girls after 25 (but these are still GENERALALITIES !)

From my personal experience, no. I get an ultrasound at 20 weeks and they could not tell, but this doesn't aim that you definately won't find out. Good Luck and God Bless!
